We ship only to the United States, Mexico and Canada. Shipping on all items is free within the continental United States. There will be shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico and Canada which will be handled on an order by order basis.
Please be sure to include your correct telephone number, address and e-mail when ordering to ensure an efficient delivery. The shipping times we have on our site are estimates and can not be guaranteed. Unexpected delays are a possibility, so contact us beforehand if the timing is urgent. We collect nonpublic personal information to process and administer our customers business. We have policies and procedures in place to protect nonpublic personal information about our customers. We do not sell nonpublic personal information about our customers to third parties, i.e., companies or individuals that are not affiliated with Viesso. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers to anyone, except as permitted by law or for which you have provided your consent. We do not share or use personally identifiable health information for marketing purposes. Our Privacy Policy applies to both current and former customers.
- Returns, Cancellations and Damaged Goods

Each product is covered by the warranty that the manufacturer provides. We extend a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days. If it is in perfect condition, we will accept the return and refund the charge minus any return shipping cost and a restocking fee. The restocking fee on all orders is 20% of the total cost of the order being returned. You must e-mail us with your intent to return the item before you return it.
We can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order. If an item shipped within that period of the first 24 hours, you will be responsible for paying a restocking fee as well as the shipping back to the manufacturer.
If a product is damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company. Once we see that a file has been claimed and photos of the damage have been emailed to us, we will contact you. After the manufacturer of the product receives the returned goods, they will send out a replacement asap unless you request a full refund of the order.

You can order all of our products through our website. If you have any questions before you order, please contact us to avoid any confusion and to ensure proper ordering. If an item is out of stock despite what is listed online, you will be notified immediately after the order goes through. Depending on the timing of when it will be back in stock and your needs, we will either keep the order as is and ship when ready, or refund the order in full.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept Amex, Visa and Mastercard. The full amount of the payment is charged at the time of order, and the order will not ship until the payment has been processed.
The pricing listed online is the amount the items will be sold for. There are no discounts available unless it is specified on our website. We do run promotions and sales, and these will be clearly marked for you to take advantage of. Please join our newsletter if you would like to remain informed about any pricing or promotions. Please note, however, that we do offer a trade discount, as specified later on this page.
- No Taxes in USA

There is no tax for any orders that are shipped within the US, except in California. Sales tax is only charged for deliveries to locations in California. Taxes will apply to orders sent to countries other than the US.
- Samples

If possible, we strongly encourage you to get a sample of the product before purchasing. This will help you see how the actual product will look in your space to ensure satisfaction with your purchase. The color of a product online may not be completely accurate, as computer monitors vary in terms of how they display color. Samples will also ensure you are aware of the texture and feel of the product before purchasing.
To help with the cost of samples, we will refund any cost from the samples you order if you purchase an actual rug from Floor Section. Once the order of the rug is placed, a refund of the total amount of all your samples will be refunded back to the card used.
- To the Trade

We love working with people in the trade, and gladly offer a 10% discount on all our products. For larger orders we are willing to discuss a larger discount, but will do so on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you have any questions in regards to pricing, inventory or anything else for the project you are working on.
